FitnessView seamlessly integrates with the Apple Watch Activity and Health apps, providing users with an insightful dashboard to visualize their health and fitness data.
The app's Home Screen displays key sections including Activity, Today’s Goals, and Recent Workouts:
- The Activity section presents progress on Activity Rings—Move, Exercise, Stand—and offers a week quick view.
- In the Today’s Goals area, users can monitor daily health objectives such as Active Calories, Steps, Hydration, Calories Eaten, and more. Tracking hydration and calorie intake is also supported.
- Recent Workout showcases the most recent logged workout from the Health app.
Users can delve into detailed health statistics, viewing snapshots for the day, week, month, or year and access charts that include average line graphs and insights like total values, goal progress, and streaks.
With the Workouts view, users can easily navigate through all logged workout sessions, track monthly activity levels, calories burned, view workout types, and access general summary stats.
The FitnessView Watch app offers a daily goal summary, insights, and the ability to customize watch face complications based on user preferences. Pedometer data enables convenient monitoring of activity levels.
Home Screen Widgets provide a customizable overview of health and fitness data at a glance. Users can personalize styles, background colors, and displayed health app data via the Widget wizard.
For comprehensive data analysis and sharing options, FitnessView allows users to export reports in both PDF and CSV formats. The PDF report feature includes comparison graphs to track progress over time.
Premium features offer enhanced functionalities like Unlimited Goals configuration, comprehensive stats viewing, advanced watch face customization, expanded widget options, analytics for better understanding workout data, data logging capabilities for various health goals, and additional export options.
FitnessView supports numerous goals and datasets including Active Calories, Steps Count, Exercise Minutes, Water Intake, Sleep tracking, Nutritional information like Carbohydrates and Proteins, among others.
It's important to note that FitnessView strictly reads data from the Apple Health app ensuring user privacy. The app recommends the use of an Apple Watch for optimized workout and health tracking.
